The AGER is published by Amway, one of the world’s largest direct selling businesses in partnership with the Technical University of Munich, an extended network of academic partners and Gesellschaft fuer Konsumforschung Nuremberg (GfK), a leading international research company. Amway has, over the last seven years, positioned itself as a supporter of entrepreneurship.

It has done this through its development of the AGER and the organization/sponsorship of different thought-leadership events. This engagement has focused on a number of themes (women and entrepreneurship, fear of failure, young people, entrepreneurship education) connected to the Amway business model.
